SALES ASSOCIATE - LONDON FLAGSHIP
We are looking for experienced and energetic team players to join our team at our new flagship store. In the heart of London, our South Molton Street Showroom is 2 floors of fashion and fine jewellery. Our ground floor is home to our fashion jewellery, it is a fast-paced shopping environment and you will regularly welcome social media influencers to our showroom, supporting them to create their Carat* content. With the first floor dedicated to lab-grown diamonds, our associates will host clients in our private consultation space. During a gentle diamonds appointment, you will advise the client through the entire process of a made-to-order engagement ring, or sentimental lab diamond piece. Associates will be confident with one-to-one customer interactions and using our state-of-the-art software.
- Minimum of two years experience in the luxury retail sector in London, ideally jewellery.
- Impeccable spoken and written English, we welcome all other spoken languages.
- Immaculate and professional personal presentation.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, utilising all methods of communication.
Competitive rates of pay, with an attractive package including pension, commission & staff discount.
